Recruiting Coordinator (Fixed-Term)

You will manage complex schedules, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. • Coordination of the interview process and candidate experience from initial contact to final onsite.
• Management of complex schedules and unscripted demands in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates move through the recruiting process efficiently.

• You have hands-on experience with the ModernLoop scheduling platform and Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
• You have experience using Google Suite and intermediate knowledge of how to maintain and utilize basic spreadsheet functionality
• You are highly organized and thrive on managing multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
• You have 6+ months of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination, supporting high-volume hiring or complex recruiting processes across different departments
• You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role
• You communicate clearly, quickly, and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
