International Payroll Analyst

Join Reddit as an International Payroll Analyst, where you will own and scale our international payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will be a key individual contributor, combining data-driven execution, meticulous attention to detail, and international tax compliance to support our rapidly growing workforce. You will manage multi-country payroll delivery, oversee international equity compensation payroll processing, act as the functional lead for payroll technology projects, and support special business initiatives.

• Gérer, auditer et exécuter la livraison de la paie multi-pays dans plus de 15 pays internationaux, y compris les entrées de paie, la validation, les approbations, la coordination du financement, les rapprochements, les dépôts statutaires et les activités post-paie.

• Établir, documenter et appliquer des politiques de paie mondiales, des contrôles SOX et des procédures opérationnelles standard pour rationaliser la préparation à l'audit.

• Systems Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations) and global payroll software platforms
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables) for complex data analysis, reconciliation, and audit modeling
• Execution & Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, high discretion handling confidential data, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across teams
• Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, international labor laws, and multi-currency payroll distribution
• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field
• Working in a publicly traded, technology, or high-growth company and supporting international expansion or payroll transformation
• Providing high-quality customer service to employees and business partners across regions, cultures, and time zones
• Applying automation or AI tools to payroll operations, analytics, controls, case management, or knowledge documentation
• Responding to internal, external, statutory, and financial audit requests, including preparation of reconciliations, control evidence, and supporting documentation
• Experience: 3-5 years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company with a global footprint
