• Reddit’s Finance team is seeking a Growth Strategic Finance Senior Manager with a track record of delivering strategic projects from ideation to completion

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel or Google Sheets. SQL is a plus
• Track record of owning complex workstreams and influencing change through business partnerships
• Clear communication, strong stakeholder relationships, and the ability to mentor peers
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation, with sound judgment in validating outputs
• Sound judgment in ambiguous situations and adaptability as priorities evolve
• 5-7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles. Consumer internet or growth experience is a plus
