Director of B2B & Corporate Communications

Join OpenTable as the Director of B2B & Corporate Communications, where you will be responsible for shaping the global narrative that drives our presence and credibility within the hospitality industry. You will work closely with the Head of Global Communications and lead the development and execution of comprehensive B2B communication strategies. Your focus will be on building trust and expanding our corporate narrative globally. You will also manage media relations, oversee communications for global partnerships, and support executive leadership in high-profile industry appearances.

• Proven track record managing high-stakes issues, policy responses, and competitive positioning
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City or Norwalk, CT office
• Experience managing co-marketing or joint-communication strategies with global technology platforms and enterprise partners
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data insights and performance metrics to shape corporate messaging and inform strategic business decisions
• Prior experience collaborating across brand, product, and legal teams within a global matrixed organization or parent company environment
• Strong background in managing communication frameworks for emerging business units or rapidly scaling technology solutions
