Marketing Manager (Public Sector)

Join Aikido, a fast-paced startup, as a Marketing Manager focused on the public sector. You will own the marketing strategy and execution for ASD, working closely with various teams to launch programs and develop messaging that resonates with federal and government buyers. You will also support field marketing efforts, drive government-focused content and campaigns, and ensure ASD priorities are represented in broader company marketing plans. This remote-friendly position offers flexible working hours and requires 3-7 years of experience marketing to government, defense, or public sector audiences.

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie marketing pour le secteur public, en utilisant les ressources marketing de l'entreprise pour soutenir un vertical distinct.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de contenu, de web, de relations publiques, d'événements et de génération de demande pour lancer les programmes.
• Développer des messages et un positionnement qui résonnent avec les acheteurs fédéraux/gouvernementaux, en agissant comme la voix interne du client gouvernemental/défense.

• Broad, cross-functional marketing background and ability to work across a variety of channels including content, events, digital, web, and campaign execution
• Bonus points if you have experience in developer tooling, DevOps, or cybersecurity
• 3-7 years of experience marketing to government, defense, or public sector audiences
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to operate independently and move work forward across teams
• Confidence to shape messaging and push back when generic commercial approaches won’t work
• Strong understanding of government/defense messaging and buyer nuance
