Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Join our team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where you'll work closely with the Data group to deliver reporting and analytics solutions that answer critical business questions. You'll be responsible for creating dashboards, reports, and data stories that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord interactifs, des rapports et des visualisations pour des publics techniques et non techniques.

• You are detail-oriented and proactive, you thrive as a self-starter and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You are proficient in building dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Omni, Sigma are a plus)
• You’re an owner, have excellent problem-solving skills and can prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail
• You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related data-focused role
• You can distill complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
• You love dogs
• You're a skilled communicator and have the ability to absorb and distill complexity into simple terms to drive decision making
• You have demonstrated experience working with relational databases, data modeling concepts, and data transformation processes
• You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, naturally curious and proactive self-starter, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions
• You have advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining analytical and reporting solutions
