Senior Operations Project and Program Manager

Join our team as a Senior Operations Project and Program Manager, where you'll lead high-priority initiatives on the Ops roadmap and drive them to completion. You'll manage complex, cross-functional projects, assess project feasibility, and hold timelines. This role requires strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • You have in-depth knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools, and proven experience in continuous improvement project management
• You take a proactive approach to overcoming operational challenges
• You're an owner with excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables across various timelines
• You have a BS degree in Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, program management, or related roles, with a focus on direct-to-consumer operations
• You have clear, confident, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills when working with a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders
