GTM Engineer (Marketing & SDR)

Join our team as a GTM Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of transforming how marketing and SDR teams engage with prospects. You'll architect and operate the marketing side of our GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, Harmonic, and Zapier, and Salesforce. Your role will involve designing integrations, building messaging and lifecycle automations, and partnering directly with marketers and SDRs to improve workflows and conversion rates. You'll also support data integrity and marketing insights, helping to maintain HubSpot as a reliable system of record and providing visibility into funnel performance and campaign impact.

• Architect and operate the marketing side of the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay, Harmonic, and Zapier work together seamlessly.
• Design and maintain the architecture of the marketing tech stack, ensuring HubSpot and adjacent tools operate as a cohesive system with Salesforce.
• Partner closely with SDRs and marketing leadership to ensure systems support real day-to-day outbound and campaign workflows.

• Curious about new marketing/GTM tools and excited to experiment with AI-driven workflows
• 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, Engineering, or GTM Ops with real ownership of automation (not just tool usage)
• Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience — admin or architect level
• Experience managing a github repo
• Strong systems mindset — understanding how data, integrations, and workflows connect
• Bonus: SQL literacy for campaign/funnel reporting; experience with messaging or personalization tooling
• Experience designing SDR operational workflows: sequencing, routing, handoff logic
• Working fluency in Salesforce — enough to understand lead/contact/campaign objects and MQL routing logic
• Comfortable with scripting, webhooks, or APIs to connect systems and build automation
