• Own technical workstreams and use case execution across multiple accounts simultaneously, driving activation and proving value fast at each customer site.
• Lead user sessions and client-facing technical presentations with confidence and clarity, effectively communicating across business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Build solutions that can scale and be handed off cleanly to other teammates and accounts, ensuring continued success from deployment through scale.

• Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of producing scalable, hand-off-ready deliverables

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success
• Proven ability to own technical workstreams and manage client-facing projects independently
• Experience working across multiple customer accounts simultaneously
