Regional Sales Director (Enterprise Sales)

• Mentor and coach the Enterprise Sales team, helping them understand customers' problems and needs.
• Develop sales strategies for the West Region of the United States in collaboration with the Vice President of Enterprise Sales.
• Actively engage with technology and business stakeholders in the target market to generate a pipeline.

• They will need to be hungry, intelligent, and humble professionals with proven experience of approaching and navigating complex organizations and working with a technical audience and senior executives to deliver on their goals
• Develop and maintain territory business plan and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast commitments to sales leadership
• Convert prospects to customers by qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery and building relationships, and using best practices to maximize the productivity of the sales process
• 3+ years of experience leading an enterprise sales team that has more than 5 team members
• Meet prospecting and business development goals, including outbound pipeline generation
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Experience in Sales of Cloud-based technologies - AWS/GCP/Azure - Big advantage
• Have a successful experience of ramping a new sales team in a startup company. – Big Advantage
• Experience in Sales of Observability/Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM - Big advantage
