Regional Enterprise Sales Director

As the Regional Sales Director for the US West region, you will lead our sales strategy, mentor our Enterprise Sales team, and engage with key decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline. • Collaborate with the Vice President of Enterprise Sales to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the US West market.
• Engage with key decision-makers to build a strong sales pipeline, delivering compelling presentations that articulate how Coralogix’s platform solves customers' challenges.
• Mentor and coach the Enterprise Sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.

• Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong skills in converting prospects into customers through effective discovery, relationship-building, and sales process management
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in SaaS companies, engaging with technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities, including outbound pipeline generation
• Ability to travel within the US to meet prospects and attend relevant events and conferences
• Experience in creating and maintaining territory business plans and providing accurate sales forecasts
• Experience ramping up a new sales team in a startup environment
• Background in sales of Observability, Log Analytics, Monitoring, or APM solutions
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
