Executive Recruiter

Join our team as an Executive Recruiter, where you will be responsible for managing and executing executive-level searches. You will report to the Senior Director of Executive Recruiting and oversee the full life cycle of executive searches, including candidate generation, senior client management, and offer negotiation. You will also support the Senior Director on searches, develop search strategies, conduct research, and present qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in executive recruiting, with a focus on VP+ level searches, and experience in the healthcare industry or startups.

• Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle executive searches by developing the sourcing and recruiting strategies across select/designated functional areas.
• Calibrating candidates with hiring managers, developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing initial assessment.
• Participating in client update meetings on active searches, preparing reports, conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs.

• 3+ years of leading VP+ level searches
• 1+ years experience building, and executing, strategies for staffing projects
• 1+ years of experience pulling insights from data, and utilizing insights to advise hiring leaders, and influence business decisions
• 1+ years of project management experience; the ability to follow-through on individual and team-wide goals, plans and projects
• 6+ years of experience within Executive Recruiting
• Experience recruiting at a startup and/or within the healthcare industry
• Experience in agency and in-house recruiting
• Experience building workforce forecasts
