Senior Corporate Development Director

Join Oscar Health as a Senior Corporate Development Director, where you will lead the company's inorganic growth agenda. You will be responsible for end-to-end corporate development execution, market mapping, advanced financial modeling, strategic initiative evaluation, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a senior finance and strategy leadership role that requires significant experience in corporate development, financial modeling, and collaboration with executive-level stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end corporate development execution across M&A, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and manage a thesis-driven sourcing strategy that translates enterprise priorities into market landscapes.
• Provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evaluations of strategic growth initiatives, including new market entries and business lines.

• 12+ years of progressive experience in analytical financial roles, with significant leadership responsibilities
• 8+ years of significant corporate development experience, including direct involvement in M&A financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience collaborating, influencing, and presenting at the executive level, including direct interaction with C-suite and Board members
• 10+ years of demonstrated ability using expert financial modeling skills to effectively translate complex data into actionable insights, robust strategies, and comprehensive financial plans, particularly in a corporate development context
• Advanced degrees or professional designations, such as an MBA or CFA
• Strong preference for healthcare industry experience and deep market knowledge
• Experience in similar roles in strategy consulting, financial services, or insurance industries (ex: private equity, venture capital, investment banking)
