Paid Search Manager

Join our team as a Paid Search Manager, where you will lead the day-to-day delivery of assigned accounts, set weekly priorities, and ensure campaign performance aligns with client KPIs. You will translate client goals into paid search channel plans, actively manage campaigns, establish quality standards, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant paid search experience, hands-on experience managing large monthly campaign budgets, and experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of assigned accounts, set weekly priorities, and ensure campaign performance aligns with client KPIs.
• Translate client goals into paid search channel plans, including budget allocation, targeting approach, measurement planning, and testing roadmaps.
• Actively manage campaigns using Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and SA360, while maintaining strong account structure and platform hygiene.

• The ideal candidate can turn complex performance data into clear business narratives and structured optimization plans, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve account performance and client outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead account delivery, manage pacing, and translate performance data into client-ready insights and recommendations
• Hands-on experience managing large monthly campaign budgets and complex paid search account structures
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and campaign launch, QA, and tracking-validation processes
• 4+ years of relevant paid search experience
• Experience with Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Shopping, Demand Gen, and Performance Max
