Senior HR Generalist

Join our team as a Senior HR Generalist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, conducting new hire onboarding, providing employee assistance with benefits, and offering performance management guidance to property leadership. You will also analyze onboarding and exit surveys, assist with engagement and retention events, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers a target salary of $56,250.

• Support internal and external recruitment efforts, developing sourcing strategies and community partnerships to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding initiatives, including new hire orientation, and provide employee assistance with benefits.
• Assist in conducting effective investigations, providing performance management guidance, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
