Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering)

You will lead structured interview processes, improve recruiting systems, and provide data-driven insights to support hiring velocity. • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de recrutement pour identifier et embaucher des ingénieurs en logiciel et en apprentissage automatique.
• Collaborer avec les dirigeants techniques et les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins en matière d'embauche et la stratégie de talent à long terme.
• Utiliser l'IA et les outils de codage agentique pour automatiser le flux de travail de recrutement et augmenter la productivité.

• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong track record hiring software engineers, ML engineers, or other highly specialized technical talent
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience recruiting for autonomy, robotics, defense, embedded systems, or Physical AI
• Experience hiring software engineers in a startup or hypergrowth environment
• Familiarity with AI/ML talent markets and competitive dynamics for niche engineering profiles
