Senior Manager of Enterprise Strategy & Operations

Join our team as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will drive operational strategy for our Enterprise Sales organization, optimize business workflows, and lead high-impact strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments, manage a team, and have a significant impact on our sales performance.

• Oversee daily operations of and drive efficiencies within the Sales Operations functions including KPI reporting, forecasting, capacity management, account assignment, and month-end close.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the holistic Enterprise portfolio including key account engagement, automation & tooling, territory management, annual planning, etc.
• Partner closely with our Sales Development and Sales leaders to help them understand performance trends, root causes, and help them improve and scale their operations.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills that allow you to partner with VP+ leadership
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally on key projects to deliver results
• Functional experience in operations/business operations/revops, strategy, and/or finance within the SaaS space is strongly preferred (experience working with Enterprise Sales is a plus)
• 5-8 years of experience in high growth tech company Sales Ops and/or management consulting
• Excitement to work in a fast-paced work environment tackling varied problems and evolving business circumstances
• 1-2+ years of leading and managing a team
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in excel or Gsheet modeling
• Experience with SQL/data querying and Tableau or other data visualization tool preferred
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mentality ready to create things from the ground up
