Main Banker

Join the Hard Rock team as a Main Banker, where you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of assets, providing fill/credit services, verifying drop funds, and assisting patrons with credit applications. You'll also enroll guests into the casino tracking system, maintain player tracking information, and assist with promotions and special events. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are a must, along with a high level of energy and professionalism.

• Maintaining accuracy and security of assets assigned to the bank, providing Fill/Credit Services for TGs, JP payout and re-supply for slots, kiosks and slot booths.
• Verifying and accepting drop funds from Soft Count, preparing daily external bank deposits, and serving as central consolidation point for funds and paperwork for imprest banks & booths.
• Assisting patrons in credit application completion and marker issuance/payment, enrolling guests into casino tracking system, and maintaining accurate player tracking information.
