Shift Manager - EVS (2:00A-10:30A)

Join Dover Downs as a Shift Manager in the Environmental Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional work environment, ensuring effective communication within the department, and mentoring staff for professional development. You will also monitor labor resources, inspect public areas, and resolve guest and employee issues. The position requires availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled. The target starting salary is $43,500.00.

• Producing and maintaining an exceptional work environment, ensuring that employees are informed of pertinent information.
• Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with all departments, making suggestions for improvements in overall operations.
• Supervising Environmental Services employees, conducting formal and informal training, coaching, and counseling.
