Associate Member of Technical Staff (College Grad, Software Engineering)

• Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products.
• Work closely with a team of engineers, product managers, user experience experts and performance engineers to build new features.
• Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.

• Fluency in object-oriented programming/design
• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
• Must be located in North America
• Academic, professional or internship experience working in a professional coding setting environment
• Academic, professional or internship experience in one of Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, SQL or C++
• Ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes
• Experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini or other agent-based frameworks
• Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation
• Team-player with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with others
• Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
