Internal Communications Manager (HPE Networking)

Join HPE's global communications team as an Internal Communications Manager for HPE Networking. In this role, you will drive internal communications programs, manage executive communications, and support the overall networking executive communications program. • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to inform, engage, and inspire HPE Networking team members globally.
• Drive content for and manage coordination and logistics of internal events such as all team member meetings and ask me anything sessions.
• Act as lead in managing Networking executive communications team’s contribution to cross team efforts like quarterly business reviews, ongoing communications measurement and benchmarking.

• We are seeking a proven, action-oriented individual to join our Executive Communications team that supports the HPE Networking business group
• Ability to multi-task, managing and prioritizing a variety of projects with tight deadlines, while remaining calm under pressure
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results
• Experience supporting top executive leadership and/or the c-suite, with a global technology leader preferred
• Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including senior company management
• Flexible, a sense of humor, and adaptable to change
• 7+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing
• Organization and program management skills
• Able to work from the office two plus days per week
• Some prior knowledge and experience in enterprise technology preferred
• Solid knowledge and understanding of communications methodologies, tools and vehicles; experience with VivaEngage and Teams Webinars a plus
• BA/BS degree in communications or a related field OR equivalent work experience in communications
• Strong writing and editing skills - some peer or manager edits typically needed
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive working from home, at the office, or on the go
