Technical Chief of Staff of Data Center Engineering (HPE Networking)

Join HPE Networking as the Technical Chief of Staff for Data Center Engineering. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to the SVP/GM, driving day-to-day execution, coordination, and accountability across the business. You will have the opportunity to learn the business end-to-end and see the broader picture across technology, product, customers, go-to-market, operations, and business growth. Your responsibilities will include executing across various teams, managing communications, developing executive presentations, supporting key engagements, and running the operating rhythm. • Coordination and execution across various teams to remove roadblocks and drive priorities to closure.
• Proactively accelerating outcomes, surfacing issues early, and providing senior leaders with concise insights into performance.
• Managing communications and representing the SVP/GM, including reviewing and responding to routine matters and driving follow-through.

• Willing to travel as needed, up to 20%
• Strong technical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and influencing across organizations
• Relentless follow-through, urgency, judgment, and discretion
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a complex, fast-paced matrixed environment
• Bachelor’s engineering degree with 12+ years of experience in Engineering or Product Management, ideally in networking or data center infrastructure
• Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional initiatives in a complex technology environment
