Vice President

Join Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. as a Vice President in New York, NY. In this role, you will develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models to deliver high-quality solutions for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring advisory, debt and equity capital raising services, and structured equity transactions. You will conduct financial and business due diligence, utilize financial tools for modeling and analysis, analyze industry structure and competitive positioning, streamline financial data collection processes, execute complex cross-border transactions, evaluate accounting policy and regulatory implications, and prepare and review memoranda for management decision-making. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, along with three years of experience in advanced financial modeling for M&A integration and consolidation transactions within the Industrials sector.

• Three (3) years of experience developing and operating advanced financial models for M&A integration and consolidation transactions within the Industrials sector, including cross border business operations and capital structure impacts
