Associate Commercial Counsel

Join Persona, a leading company in the identity verification space, as an Associate Commercial Counsel. In this role, you will provide legal guidance on commercial matters, manage and negotiate commercial relationships, and support the sales team. • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements involving the company’s products and services, including nondisclosure agreements and sales agreements.
• Work directly with the sales team to complete sales negotiations swiftly while still protecting the company.
• Provide advice to the Post-Sales team regarding customer issues and provide general support as needed, including on non-commercial matters.

• Experience with commercial negotiation and drafting skills
• 2- 4 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or similar environment
• A J.D. and active membership in at least one state bar
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects effectively
• Good judgment and an ability to learn quickly with minimal guidance
