Head of Talent & Capability (RX.)

Join RELX as the Head of Talent & Capability (RX). In this strategic role, you will lead the delivery of the Talent and Capability COE strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities to enhance capability and performance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, advocate for leadership and development programs, and promote a culture of continuous growth. Additionally, you will manage the divisional training plan, drive a culture of feedback and recognition, and engage in outcome-focused conversations with senior leadership.

• Assumer la responsabilité de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie du Centre d'Excellence (COE) Talent et Capacité, en veillant à son alignement avec les priorités de la division.
• Collaborer avec divers intervenants internes pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des approches de Talent et de Capacité qui soutiennent les objectifs commerciaux de RX.
• Représenter les besoins et les intérêts de RX dans les discussions et initiatives T&C à l'échelle de RELX, en veillant à ce que les résultats finaux soient pertinents et de grande valeur.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
• Demonstrate an educational background that reflects cognitive ability, a commitment to personal development, and lead with curiosity, integrity, and strong personal resilience
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management and organisational development
• Effective leadership and team collaboration skills
• Working knowledge and experience with Workday
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development
