Senior Product Designer

• Experience organizing complex environments into logical structures and mapping user journeys that minimize friction
• Familiarity with software development workflows, the SDLC, or a background in computer science — you don't need to write production code, but you need to think alongside engineers who do
• Ability to articulate design decisions and the "why" behind them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience designing AI workflows or agent-driven experiences is a strong plus, and will meaningfully shorten your onboarding ramp
• Delivery mindset. Your role does not end when the design is handed off
• Comfort working in a cross-functional environment where feedback is shared openly and success is a team effort
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation and design velocity
• Track record of driving design strategy and establishing patterns that scale beyond your immediate squad — influencing the broader product and design organization
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to identify UX gaps and propose structural improvements without being prompted
