Agentic Code Review Product Manager

Join Sonar, a leading company in the software development industry, as a Product Manager for Gitar, our recently-acquired agentic code review platform. In this role, you will drive the roadmap for Gitar, working closely with the founding team and the broader engineering organization. You will research, clarify, and prioritize the needs of developers and engineering leaders, translate the competitive landscape into clear positioning, and turn those needs into a roadmap for Gitar and Sonar. You will also collaborate with other product managers, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure Gitar's roadmap reflects customer needs and the future direction of the combined SonarQube + Gitar experience.

• Experience in software product management, ideally for developer tools, DevOps, CI/CD, or code review/quality product
• Self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive feedback
• Technical fluency with SDLC tooling — Git, CI/CD pipelines, pull request workflows, and source-control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps)
• Highly autonomous and pragmatic, with an obsession for solving external customer problems; comfortable partnering directly with founders and a small, fast-moving team
• Passionate about AI-native developer tools and the shift toward agentic software development
• Comfortable in dealing with change, complexity, and uncertainty, and operating with the speed and ambiguity of an early-stage, recently-acquired product
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to align product, engineering, sales, and marketing around a shared roadmap
• Familiar with the AI technologies powering coding agents - LLMs, agent harnesses, and how they plan, call tools, and take action inside a developer's workflow
• Understanding of AI/LLM-based products, including the trust, safety, and data-handling considerations enterprise buyers care about
