Senior UX Researcher (Mixed Methods, Quant-Leaning)

• Lead end-to-end research that informs product, growth, and monetization decisions, using a range of research methods to understand customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Partner closely with product, design, data, and other cross-functional teams to build scalable approaches for measuring customer sentiment and product performance over time.
• Clearly communicate research findings, what they show, what they do not show, and what the team should consider next, helping to inform fast-moving decisions around pricing, packaging, and conversion.

• You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• You have experience leading quantitative or mixed-methods research for consumer products or services
