Senior / Staff Data Scientist (Growth Monetization)

As a Senior/Staff Data Scientist focused on Growth Monetization, you will drive all aspects of monetization from a data science perspective, including pricing, packaging, conversion, and retention. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and the rest of the data science team to shape how we grow revenue.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
• Deep experimentation experience grounded in statistical rigor: designing and running experiments end to end, deriving clear insights, and making strategic recommendations
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator: can work closely with product, eng, and design, and influence stakeholders across the company through data
• Hands-on experience with monetization problems (conversion funnels, churn and retention, pricing and packaging, or the economics of a new product line)
• 6-8+ years in data science or product analytics roles, ideally owning a revenue or growth surface
• A broad data science toolkit and the judgment to pick the right tool for the right question
• Thrive in ambiguity, excited to wear multiple hats, and never stop learning
• Experience monetizing more than one kind of product: consumer and business, self-serve and sales-assisted, or subscription and usage-based
• Experience taking a new product or business line from zero to its first revenue
• A love of music or creative tools
• Hands-on AI usage in day-to-day data science work (agents, prompting, building small tools)
