This role requires a commercially minded leader with experience in B2B account management and a strong understanding of digital commerce and payments. - Own and execute account development plans for a portfolio of strategic NORAM merchants, building high-touch, consultative relationships. - Serve as the primary commercial and relationship lead during the post-integration lifecycle, ensuring clear ownership, communication, and follow-through. - Identify and advance opportunities across payment volumes, product adoption, geographic expansion, and broader commercial growth.
