Paralegal

Join our team as a Paralegal in a 10-month consulting role with the possibility of extension. You will play a key role in driving structural improvements within the Legal department, including the development and centralization of templates, tracking systems, and document libraries. You will work closely with marketing partners and legal resources to ensure accurate documentation and draft initial versions of marketing BIAs and related legal documents. Additionally, you will manage and track the workflow of legal documents between Marketing and Legal, build and maintain centralized libraries and tracking systems for legal documentation, and identify and recommend improvements to legal content, workflows, and processes.

• Conduire des améliorations structurelles au sein du département juridique, y compris le développement et la centralisation des modèles, des systèmes de suivi et des bibliothèques de documents.
• Développer un bref d'entrée juridique pour capturer les informations requises des partenaires marketing, y compris le type de BIA ou de contrat juridique nécessaire.
• Rédiger des versions initiales des BIA marketing et des documents juridiques connexes pour examen et approbation.

• Demonstrated tenure in a paralegal or legal operations role, ideally supporting marketing, contracts, or commercial legal work
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and business stakeholders
• Proactive, self-starting individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple legal documents and workflows simultaneously
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and contribute to structural change within a legal or compliance environment
