Senior Financial Analyst (Engineering)

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Engineering OpEx, CapEx, and headcount, partnering closely with Engineering leadership to understand operational needs.
• Support the monthly rolling forecast for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount with variance analysis, and assist in the annual budgeting process by partnering with cross-functional leaders.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency, and perform ad hoc analysis as necessary to support leadership in decision-making.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with an emphasis in Finance
