Engineering Manager (Full-Stack)

• Lead and grow the Platform team across Frontend, Backend, and DevOps, managing high-impact web and app products.
• Drive the development of critical initiatives, including the Fleet dashboard, payment integration systems, and vehicle configuration tools.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on architectural and technical decision making, ensuring products are scalable and aligned with the product roadmap.

• Deep technical expertise with solid architectural understanding and hands-on experience in React and/or GoLang
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and end-to-end delivery
• Domain agility: Automotive experience is not a requirement; we value the ability to transfer expertise from other domains (e.g., mapping, IoT, consumer applications)
• Experience with telemetry, real-time data visualization, and geospatial dashboards
• Background in vehicle or asset tracking systems
• Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Jira, Git
• Experience with IoT, telemetry, and real-time distributed systems
