Account Manager (Sales, The Points Guy)

• Gérer le processus d'introduction et de réponse aux demandes de propositions (RFP) et aux briefs d'agence, en élaborant des propositions et des plans médias adaptés.
• Collaborer avec les responsables des ventes pour gérer et développer un portefeuille de comptes émergents et de comptes de taille intermédiaire dans divers secteurs.
• Servir de point de contact principal pour les partenaires de marque et leurs agences médias tout au long du cycle de RFP et de planification.

• Sales-Minded Focus: A clear goal of moving into a direct sales role, with experience supporting account growth, and renewals
• Organization & Detail Management: Elite organizational skills, laser-sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple RFPs and deadlines at once
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital media account management, media planning, or agency client services. Experience handling a mix of lifestyle, travel, or finance clients is a huge plus
• Confidence & Polish: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the natural charisma to pitch directly to brand decision-makers
• The "TPG" Factor: A genuine passion for or deep curiosity about credit card rewards, points and miles, and the airline/hotel loyalty ecosystem
