Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Join Bally's as a Night Shift Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will address customer needs, complaints, and issues with products or services. You will respond efficiently and accurately to contacts, engage in active listening, and utilize software and tools appropriately. You will also strive to comply with call center metrics while providing excellent customer service. The position requires adherence to all company policies and procedures. The salary for this position is $46,200 USD.
