Manager of Accounting

Join our global Finance team in New York City as a Manager of Accounting. In this role, you will lead our core accounting group, oversee month-end and year-end close processes, drive US GAAP consolidations, implement SOX-ready controls, and build scalable workflows to support our hyper-growth. You will also manage and mentor accounting team members, prepare tax reports and regulatory filings, partner with external auditors, and collaborate across departments to align financial processes with business objectives.

• Lead and mentor the core accounting group, ensuring high standards of execution and professional growth.
• Own the month-end and year-end close processes across global entities, driving US GAAP consolidations and implementing SOX-ready controls.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust internal accounting policies and controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.

• 2 years of experience managing teams or serving in a controllership capacity
• 8 years of professional experience in accounting
• Experience working within a global high-tech environment
• Experience working in a high-growth or hyper-growth environment
• 3 or more years of experience managing teams or serving in a controllership capacity
• 10 or more years of professional experience in accounting
