Senior People Partner (HRBP)

Join our team as a Senior People Partner (HRBP) where you will partner with Engineering and Product leaders in the U.S. and support G&A teams. You will coach leaders and managers on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, engagement, and employee relations. Additionally, you will collaborate with People Partners in EMEA and APAC on global initiatives and serve as a trusted People Partner to Engineering and Product teams in the U.S. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization.

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
• Coach leaders and managers on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, engagement, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with People Partners in EMEA and APAC on global Engineering and Product initiatives to ensure a consistent employee experience.

• Experience coaching leaders through performance, talent, organizational change, employee relations, and team effectiveness topics
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people priorities to team and company goals while keeping solutions practical and employee-centered
• Clear, collaborative communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence across levels, functions, geographies, and time zones
• 8-10 years of HR Business Partner or People Partner experience, with a track record of advising leaders in dynamic, evolving organizations; experience partnering with R&D organizations, particularly Engineering and Product, is strongly preferred
• Comfort using employee feedback and people data to identify patterns, shape recommendations, and support thoughtful decision-making
• A pragmatic, curious, and inclusive approach, with sound judgment and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
