Director of Strategic Partnerships

Join Rula as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, where you will lead one of our key strategic relationships and drive the growth of the business. You will navigate the complex landscape to achieve our goals, apply sales principles, stakeholder management, and operational rigor to initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams. • Lead and manage one of Rula’s key strategic relationships, driving growth and navigating the complex landscape to achieve business goals.
• Apply sales principles, stakeholder management, and operational rigor to initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate standard methodologies.
• Act as the internal champion for the partner’s needs, balancing customer voice with growth goals and firm-wide scalability.

• 10+ years of related professional experience: in a role driving growth and strategy and or account management (specifically within healthcare or complex B2B2C marketplaces)
• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level relationships with large health systems or payers
• Proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue or growth targets (e.g., doubling a market or business unit)
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory and clinical requirements into actionable business strategy
• Experience working in an external customer facing role, with board room/executive presence where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial. Comfort delivering these conversations both virtually and in-person
• A deep understanding of member user journey and operational + clinical workflows within health systems
