Senior CRM Account Executive (Financial Services)

Join ServiceNow as a Senior CRM Account Executive in the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and proven sales record to drive the market success and expansion of ServiceNow's next-generation CRM and AI products. You will develop and execute a territory strategy focused on high-value use cases specific to banking, insurance, and wealth management. Additionally, you will act as the primary expert for Financial Services Industry CRM within your territory, leading net new sales initiatives and enabling account executives and sales development teams.

• Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on high-value use cases specific to banking, insurance, and wealth management.
• Prospect and grow pipeline in CRM greenfield accounts and grow existing CRM partnerships through consultative selling.
• Act as the primary expert for Financial Services Industry (FSI) CRM within your territory, spearheading net new sales initiatives.

• Do you have 7+ years of expertise selling front office transformation solutions into the high-stakes world of Financial Services
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• Experience as a new logo hunter, Sr AE or Sr Solutions sales executive
• Travel required: 30-50%
• 7+ years knowledge enterprise software and/or specialty solutions area to lead solution win
• Understanding of business sales processes
