Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Join CesiumAstro as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, where you will play a critical role in creating a high-quality recruiting experience from the first candidate interaction through the interview process. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and logistics, and keep the hiring process moving. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Managing job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards, and maintaining compliance with Affirmative Action guidelines.
• Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates, and pulling reports on recruitment metrics.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or related business administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
• A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality
• A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment
• Passion for the space industry
• Experience working in a start-up or small company
• Experience at high-tech companies
