Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will play a crucial role in building a pipeline of top talent for the aerospace industry. You will collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire candidates for various roles in Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive positions. This is a full-cycle recruitment position that requires strong technical aptitude, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent in various disciplines within the aerospace industry.
• Proactively source, identify and engage top-tier candidates for various roles in Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive, and other relevant disciplines.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry conferences, and networking events, to build a strong pool of qualified candidates.

• This is a multifaceted job that requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to effectively assess the technical capabilities of candidates, along with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to understand and promote the value proposition Cesium offers
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting within manufacturing, production, and corporate environments
• Prior career experiences in the aerospace industry, or similar, working in a relevant engineering discipline
• Strong networking skills and the ability to connect with passive candidates
• Experience recruiting for Test, Manufacturing, GA/Support functions, and Executive positions
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting (screening candidates, consulting with hiring managers, facilitating interviews, and extending offers)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple high priority, technical requisitions at one time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university or institution
• Proven ability to use recruiting techniques, such as cold calling candidates, planning and executing networking events, locating industry experts and coming up with creative ways to interact with them, and developing original focused sourcing campaigns
