Senior Technical Sourcer

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sourcing data
• Strong understanding of aerospace and defense roles (e.g., systems engineering, avionics, RF, software, manufacturing)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar platforms
• Experience with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven success sourcing for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles
• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or engineering-driven industries
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with U.S. security clearances and related hiring considerations
