Solution Engineer (FedRAMP)

Join Coralogix, a leading full-stack observability and security platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments. You will be the technical owner during evaluations, helping customers deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across their environment. This is a senior, hands-on technical sales role focused on Enterprise FedRAMP Cloud Infrastructure clients.

• Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments.
• Act as the technical owner during evaluations, helping customers deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across their environment.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria, and design and deliver tailored demonstrations.

• Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
• Ability to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
• Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure
• Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Relevant experience may include:
