Solution Engineer

Join Coralogix, a fast-growing tech company recognized as a unicorn in the industry. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in technical sales, partnering with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments. You will be responsible for managing technical evaluations and POCs, supporting hands-on deployment and troubleshooting, and explaining Coralogix's architecture and value to both technical and executive audiences. This is a senior, hands-on technical sales role based in San Francisco.

• Partnership with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments.
• Acting as the technical owner during evaluations, helping customers deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across their environment.
• Leading discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria, and designing tailored demonstrations.

• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
• Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment
• This role is for someone who can earn trust in technical conversations and help drive deals to a strong technical close
• You need to be credible with engineers, confident with executives, and capable of moving between architecture, code, configuration, and business value
• Ability to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar
• Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact
• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
• Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure
