Vice President of Publisher Experience and Platform (Commerce Media)

Join Mastercard Commerce Media, a newly established digital media network. As the Vice President of Publisher Experience and Platform, you will be responsible for the end-to-end platform vision and multi-year roadmap. You will set the strategy for the publisher experience, drive an API-first product approach, and partner closely with Engineering. You will also champion responsible AI-first product strategies, communicate complex product strategies to executives, and build and lead a high-performing team.

• Own the end-to-end platform vision and multi-year roadmap for the Commerce Media platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Set the strategy for publisher experience, including platform front end, back end, adapters, core decisioning, monetization, reporting and billing, and streamlined onboarding.
• Drive an API-first product approach that enables extensibility, partner integrations, and internal reuse, while ensuring product requirements align with architectural and operational constraints.

• Platform owner of a commerce media business, have either built from the ground up or intimately familiar with existing platforms
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Proven experience leading platform or infrastructure adjacent solutions at enterprise scale
• Demonstrated success partnering deeply with Engineering on technically sophisticated products
• Background in commerce media, marketplaces, or real time platforms
• Solid Ad Tech platform experience
• Experience driving AI enabled product strategies with a focus on responsible adoption
• Strong judgment in complex, high throughput, real time or decisioning driven environments
