Director of Small and Medium Business Product Commercialization (North America)

Join Mastercard as the Director of Small and Medium Business Product Commercialization for North America. In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for innovative payment solutions tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will work closely with clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive market adoption and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments industry, experience in business development and product management, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for deploying beyond card capabilities for SMEs in the U.S., focusing on AI and product strategy.
• Commercialize AI and beyond card solutions with clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders, ensuring releases are adoption ready.
• Track product outcomes, identify gaps, and contribute to the development roadmap, while developing sales materials and product enablement.

• The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with strong product thinking and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across regions and business units
• Experience in business development, sales, and product management of complex, technical solutions
