Sales Development Representative

Join our fast-growing AI company as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, proactively prospecting high-value target accounts, and building a healthy pipeline for our Account Executives. You will engage in thoughtful, technical conversations with a knowledgeable customer base and act as a brand ambassador for our inference solutions. The ideal candidate is results-driven, has a strong interest in AI, and can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Qualifying inbound leads and proactively prospecting into high-value target accounts to build a healthy pipeline for Account Executives.
• Crafting personalized, tailored outreach through various research methods to prioritize the right accounts and prospects.
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies based on market feedback, and staying current on AI/ML trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated interest in technology sales, with a strong interest AI and machine learning
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Active interest in AI/tech communities with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in the space
• Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
• Prior experience in a customer facing role, ideally in SaaS, AI, or emerging tech
• Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
