Strategic Finance & Operations Manager

Join Fireworks as a Strategic Finance & Operations Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, build financial models, support sales leaders, and identify opportunities for process automation. This high-visibility role requires a detail-oriented, structured thinker with a strong background in strategic finance or management consulting.

• 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate financial analysis into clear recommendations for non-finance audiences
• Experience or strong interest in using AI agents and tooling to develop efficient workstreams that deliver high-quality results
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience working with CRM data (Salesforce or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience building financial models from scratch
• Comfort working with highly technical data and familiarity with SQL / BigQuery to pull and analyze data independently
• Experience designing or administering sales compensation plans
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and billing systems
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure company; prior exposure to usage-based pricing models is a strong plus
