This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our NYC office. - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and design job descriptions that reflect each position's requirements. - Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets and improve recruitment processes.
