Implementation Manager

Join Movable Ink as an Implementation Manager, where you will work with renowned brands to deliver personalized email and mobile programs. You will be the product expert and project owner, managing the launch of new clients on our platforms. Your role will involve client and project management, building strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams. • Act as a product expert and project owner to launch new clients on both the Studio and Da Vinci platforms.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand their goals, develop project plans, and manage them through to completion.
• Build strong rapport with new clients, show expertise, and earn trust to create a strong relationship.

• Strong understanding of the mobile & email marketing space and strategies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics for multiple audiences
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Strong technical affinity, ability to quickly learn and use new technologies
• 2+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience required
• Direct experience working with enterprise mobile or email service providers (Attentive, Airship, Bird, Sinch, Vibes, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Epsilon, Cordial, Cheetah Digital, Bloomreach, Zeta, Iterable)
• Understanding of the technologies that underpin the modern web (HTML, JavaScript, API’s etc.)
